Hug-a-bub

This contraption makes housework with a baby so much easier - you just "Hug-a-bub"

Its an Easter Chicken

3/04/2006 - Ok mum, I'll do the chicken dance for you one more time.

Swivel Head

At the age of 8 weeks old Deacon very quickly earned himself the nickname of "Swivel head". He loved tv, especially football! Could we being seing the beginnings of a baby Magpie??

Antenatal Class Reunion

This was taken on the 16/03/2006 - and is a photo of some of the people we attended Antenatal Class with at the hospital before Deacon was born. It was good to catch-up with some of the couples and meet their bubs. One mum and bub we see on a regular basis still, she's in my Mothers Group.

A Wedding

Taken on the 4/02/2006, aged only 4 weeks - this was the 2nd wedding that Deacon had been to. This was Mark and Sherryns Wedding (Sherryn was also 9 weeks pregnant with Ava). The first one was on the 1st of January, 3 days before I went into labour.

And the screaming begins

Help, they've given me the wrong parents! And no, I DO NOT come with a receipt!

Congratulations! Its TWINS!!!

Daddy, that is a very mean joke to play on mummy!

The first smile

Deacons very first smile was on the 18/02/2006. And boy was it a cute one!

Hmmm.... Not sleeping like a baby!

At around 4 weeks Colic sets in and we all prepare for sleepless nights for the next THREE MONTHS!!!
And then Reflux sets in!
The only way to get Deacon off to the land of nod was to rock him to sleep. Those electric rockers are a damn good investment! Must get one before the old arm drops off.

Ah.......sleeping like a baby!
